Booking Policies

Payment Policy

Credit card details required to secure your booking. A deposit of one nights accommodation is required, deposit will be taken at time of booking. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of arrival (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time. Credit card fees apply.

Cancellation Policy

A $20 administration cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits. The $20 cancellation fee is applicable per unit/site. Cancellations and/or modifications made up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of the arrival date will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. No refunds will be issued for early departures. Reservations are not transferable.

All cancellations, refund requests and amendments are to be made via email to stay@teanautop10.co.nz

Cancellations for 3rd party website bookings may vary.

 

Child Policy

We are a family friendly park, children welcome! Child age 3-14ys, infant 0-2yrs

Pet Policy

We are an animal friendly park and welcome well-behaved pets into our camping areas, but we do have a few simple rules which we ask you to abide by:

  • Please let us know when you book if you wish to bring any pets with you
  • Anyone bringing a pet must sign a policy acceptance form on arrival
  • Dogs are allowed to stay with guests who are camping in the Dog Designated Area
  • No pets are allowed into any building at any time – this includes all accommodation buildings and communal buildings.
  • Dogs must always be on a lead and supervised by their owners within the park. This includes when they are on your site.
  • Dogs are not to be left unattended for any amount of time
  • No excessive barking or nuisance behaviour – please respect other guests who do not want to be disturbed.
  • If your dog acts aggressively you will be asked to leave
  • Clean up after your dog
  • Maximum of 2 dogs on any 1 site
  • NO DOGS PERMITED IN THE PARK FROM 20th DECEMBER - 14th JANUARY

If you are someone living with the support of a Disability Assist Dog then you are welcome to bring them to stay with you either on a site or in one of our rooms. You must have your certification that shows us that your dog is a Disability Assist Dog on arrival.

Please note: Any breach of the above rules may unfortunately lead to you being asked to leave the park immediately without refund and/or a penalty charge of $100 added to your bill. You may be asked for credit card details at check in to hold as security. For the comfort of all our guests, during peak season and major holidays there will be restrictions on the number of pets allowed in the park at any one time
